Unfortunately http://www.iberia.k12.la.us/home_docs/Rezoning.pdf (headline "New Zoning for Sugarland, Coteau, Center Street and Jefferson Island Rd.") seems to be dead
Fortunately http://www.iberia.k12.la.us/news/newsdocs/Rezoning-1.pdf is alive and well - And the same names are mentioned, so I assume it's the same document

http://www.iberia.k12.la.us/departments/transportation/routes/Center_Street_Elementary.pdf states that Center Street ES picks up from Avery Island Road all the way to Avery Island, so it's possible this one took over the duties of Avery Island ES

http://www.iberia.k12.la.us/departments/transportation/routes/Iberia_Middle_School.pdf - Iberia MS also picks up from Avery Island

As does Iberia SHS http://www.iberia.k12.la.us/departments/transportation/routes/New_Iberia_Senior_High_School.pdf
