Lord mayor dubious?
[edit]Ian Rice isn't listed on the list of Melbourne lord mayors http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord_Mayor_of_Melbourne, and I can't find any other web references to him as lord mayor except for Carlton Football Club related pages.
