The result of the move request was: No consensus to move after 32 days and a relisting. Cúchullain t/c 16:57, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
– No primary topic among the albums/singles. – Prosperosity (talk) 03:53, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Calidum ¤ 03:58, 11 February 2016 (UTC)--Relisted. Cúchullain t/c 19:18, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose. The existence of other songs of the same name doesn't mean the Beatles song, or any other one for that matter, can't be the primary topic. Similar requests in the past have been controversial. This was also previously discussed here. Calidum ¤ 03:58, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- Support WP:Naming conventions (music), Primary Topic was intended for subjects like Paris, not for media products like songs. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:38, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- Support. No clear primary topic. I would think the primary topic, if there was one, would be assenting to do something. bd2412 T 17:44, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose, undiscussed move. No one can move a page that has been subject of a previous WP:Consensus (Talk:I Will (Beatles song)#Move request). © Tbhotch™ (en-2.5). 03:36, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- Well evidently we're discussing it now. Two votes in 2012 moved the Beatles song in front of others, but there are more articles now. In ictu oculi (talk) 13:21, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- Evidently, it should have been discussed properly from the beginning. © Tbhotch™ (en-2.5). 21:07, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

- Comment. I've restored the Beatles song to I Will, its location as of the last move discussion, pending the outcome of this move. I've also converted to a multi-move.--Cúchullain t/c 18:34, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose - The Beatles song is clearly the primary topic. More articles since the last RM about songs that are still much, much less notable than the Beatles song doesn't change the fact that the Beatles song is still the primary topic. Rlendog (talk) 18:58, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
- Comment. - Before the Beatles came out with "I Will", which was never released as a single, nor was a chart hit for that matter, "I Will (Dick Glasser song)" was released by multiple recording artists throughout the 1960s, some positioning well on the music charts, earning the song a reputable following. It should be taken into consideration that neither of these two "I Will" songs are better or worse than the other, but are equal and should be treated as such. Think about it. --Early Whirly Birdie (talk) 19:33, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
- It is not a question of "better or worse." The Beatles song may be the worst "I Will" there is. But it is also the one that gets far more coverage in reliable sources. Rlendog (talk) 19:46, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
