I removed the banner for WP:Japan, as the article does not seem to fall within the scope of WP:Japan. The topic of the article, an album, was released in Japan, but its focus, or the artist's focus is Korea. If the topic of the article was an album by a foreign artist released only in Japan, with all Japanese songs, aimed solely or primarily at a Japanese audience, then I'd be inclined to say it was of interest to WP:Japan. If we include every album released in Japan, we would likewise include old albums by The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, and every other imported album by a foreign artist. In other words, the topic seems to be the result of calculated business decisions, rather than any vested interest in the culture or history of Japan. - Boneyard90 (talk) 21:32, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
