can the article include how much money the film grossed
[edit]IM still shocked that this movie has never been released on dvd. Someone should post a link where people can petition the movie company to release it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.209.81.2 (talk) 14:47, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
Title
[edit]Why is this article at "I Come In Peace" and not "Dark Angel"? The article even says it was filmed and initially released as Dark Angel and is known everywhere else in the world by that title. The US release was one of the last places in the world it was released, and almost all sources (including IMDB) list it as Dark Angel. It was only at the time of US release, long after it had been known as Dark Angel everywhere else, that the name was changed and then only in the US. Canterbury Tail talk 00:04, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
- I'm going to move it to Dark Angel as this is the title it was originally released under, is the common name and even the Blu-Ray release in the US is under the title Dark Angel. Any objections? Canterbury Tail talk 16:15, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
- I don't think Dark Angel is the common name. It's an American film, and the American theatrical release was titled I Come in Peace. The IMDb is completely irrelevant, and I wouldn't put much weight on retitled home video releases. Otherwise, we'd have to retitle half of the B movies ever released. No, I think it should stay at the theatrical release title. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 19:13, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
- Problem is it was originally shown in the US as Dark Angel in the initial screenings (LA Comic Book Convention etc), it was only when it got it's main theatrical run they changed the name. However if there is no appetite for it, fair enough. Canterbury Tail talk 20:29, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
- I have to agree here. Being in the UK I always knew this as Dark Angel but I would go with the original US title since it's a US film. --Michig (talk) 19:18, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
