Dr. Susan Moore's Death

Propose adding Dr. Susan Moore to this page or creating a new article given the notoriety of her story. There might be a draft page started somewhere already. If so I'm too new to know where to go to look for it. As this page has had a few vandalism/copyright reverts it seems logical to start here, then split if necessary. As I said I'm still a little new here although I have published an article of my own last year. 95% of my experience is on that page and others directly related to it.
