This page and IOOF_Lodge_Building appear to refer to the same building (NRHP #00000249). "IOOF_Lodge_Building_(Marlinton,_West_Virginia)" is a better (more precise) title. The other article has more detail than this one.

Cited coordinates here (38°16′40″N 80°5′38″W) are in the middle of a farm, several miles north of Marlinton. Cited coordinates in the other article (38°13′24.7″N 80°5′40″W) match the cited intersection.

I think that deleting the other page, but moving its information to this page (and correcting the coordinates), would be an improvement. Instead of redirecting from "IOOF_Lodge_Building" (a very generic title), I'll propose it for deletion and fix the links.
