Hypnotised (Coldplay song) → Hypnotised (song) – Per WP:SONGDAB (see very bottom) TheKaphox T 17:19, 2 March 2017 (UTC)

- Fleetwood Mac song. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:39, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
- @In ictu oculi: The Coldplay song uses a different title than the Fleetwood Mac song. WP:SONGDAB states: "further disambiguation is only required when multiple songs or albums of the same name have articles". TheKaphox T 20:29, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
- I think you'll need to have a discussion to argue that the difference between UK and US spellings makes much difference when both book sources and locally issued 45's often follow the local spelling. In ictu oculi (talk) 22:06, 2 March 2017 (UTC)

- Oppose The Fleetwood Mac song is also recorded with the British spelling. That's probably true for many of the other songs on the Hypnotised dab page. So the difference in US/UK spelling is not enough to indicate "Coldplay" to readers looking for (Coldplay song), nor to readers trying to avoid it.......as an additional comment this single released today hasn't charted yet, but the Simple Minds 1995 single charted at #18. So if the Coldplay record fails to reach #18 perhaps it should be merged to album? In ictu oculi (talk) 23:39, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
