Requested move 16 April 2021
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. The result of the move request was: Malplaced request, this had been a request to change the name of the German article de:Hyperphantasia, which has now been moved. (non-admin closure) – Thjarkur (talk) 17:04, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Hyperphantasia → Hyperphantasie – Hyperphantasia in German is officially "Hyperphantasie". Attention: There are two articles that have the same title called "Hyperphantasia" but their difference is the languages (English and German)! Only the title of the German article needs to be changed. TeeInTea (talk) 10:42, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:21, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
- @TeeInTea: But this is the English Wikipedia, and we here are discussing in English. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:23, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
New Updates to Article
[edit]I will be editing this article over the next couple of days as I think it is lacking some information that has come out in the recent literature about the neural and behavioural correlates of Hyperphantasia. Additionally, I think some general information about the impacts of the disorder and its potential links with other neurological disorders was missing from this article. This edit is hopefully to provide readers a more updated holistic view of the literature on Hyperphantasia. --4268Nami (talk) 14:44, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
- Your edits were very good, thank you. Endwise (talk) 04:08, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
Related concept?
[edit]I seem to recall reading about a condition in children in which they experience multiple extremely vivid and realistic dreams each night. I want to say it was called imaginosis or imaginoma or some such thing. Is this related to the subject of this article? If verifiable, incorporating this info into the article may help improve it. 2600:6C4A:767F:9D12:A1C6:EA89:87FC:64E7 (talk) 02:46, 25 July 2022 (UTC)
