Hyperphysics is a great site. I would like to see a Wikipedia page that crosslinks all of the topics of hyperphysics. Sort of a wikipedia page that compliments hyperphysics.

History section?

[edit]

When was created the site? Who? There are a "CD ROM history" for check (growing of) states and dates?

The proposal is like a "micro-Wikipedia" with cards as analog of "stable articles" and "stable sections".

Relevance?

[edit]

This side looks like it is from the 1990s and as far as I can see it, it is aimed at the students of one professor.

Does it really need a Wikipedia page? Kalchen3 (talk) 00:50, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia based inclusion on establishing notability, WP:N, through coverage in independent sources. This website / resource has full-article coverage in several WP:RS sources, including a recent 2023 article, "HyperPhysics, the popular online physics resource, turns 25" in Physics Today. Even if a web site is not widely used today, the press coverage meets the criteria to have this as an article.Dialectric (talk) 10:24, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
