I'm not the originator, but I did add a notability tag in the hope that the author (who is a newbie) would fix it. A quick search of Google News shows plenty of material, and I feel that this article could quickly meet the standards of other similar establishments in its Category. Article Enhancements

This is the author. After reviewing Wikipedia's policies and guidelines in great detail, I've made some enhancements.

Each edit seeks to meet a specific guideline/policy:

1. Three new references were cited (to establish notability).
2. Added corporate info box (to increase entry's neutrality).
3. Added relevant events in the company history timeline (to demonstrate in-depth coverage).
