Change "A gauge in Oriental, North Carolina, recorded water height of about 5.5 feet (1.7 m) above normal on the Neuse River."
to
"Water levels on the Neuse River at Oriental, North Carolina peaked at 9.6 feet above normal."
Justification:The US Geological Survey gauge on the Neuse River at Oriental was destroyed during the storm prior to the water levels peaking. Thus the referenced sentence, though true, is misleading about peak water levels there during the storm.
