I'll review this. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 01:08, 29 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sources are reliable.

  • File:Martin Luther King, Jr..jpg has no tag indicating why it's PD in the US. If I understand the Hirtle chart correctly, the image was first published outside the US so the next question is whether it was published in the US within 30 days. I looked through newspapers.com for news stories at the time of the Nobel award and found they all used other pictures, so I'm going to assume it was not. In that case it's PD in the US because it was PD in Sweden on the URAA date. Hence I suggest adding {{PD-1996}} to the image file on commons.
  • Not an issue for GA, but I question whether the shape of the 34th district is really helpful to readers, with no map for context.

That's all I have -- I made a couple of minor copyedits but the prose is in good shape. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 12:36, 29 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Mike Christie: I have made the edits you wanted on both the page and on Commons. Jon698 (talk) 02:03, 30 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
