Taiwanese huqin
[edit]I am reproducing the following discussion, which needs attention.
Hi, can you make sense of this discussion regarding use of the "hena" (erhu) by Chthonic (band), at http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:8cR29azZx68J:s8.invisionfree.com/Chthonic/ar/t117.htm+erhu+hena&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3&gl=us? Someone is giving Chinese characters for "hena," but I can't read them. Badagnani 23:04, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
- Here is the interesting line:
- This seems to be true. Google finds the word 弦仔 on 707 websites, almost all of them Taiwanese, so I guess it is only used in Taiwan. Here's what I found until now:
- The article about Taiwanese opera on the Chinese Wikipedia uses the word:
- This website is selling a box set of erhu music called 戀戀弦琴弦仔套裝 in Taiwanese, and Formosa Mood on Erhu in English.
- This blog post says:
- Maybe we could ask Taiwanese Wikipedians about it? Mushroom (Talk) 00:43, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Stub???
[edit]This article is stated to be a stub. I disagree. It doesn't seem stubby to me at all. I think it's interesting and informative. Who are these critics who mark these articles? They need to be a bit more tolerant. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Skysong263 (talk • contribs) 03:07, 18 July 2010 (UTC)
