Huntington School District → Huntington School (Huntington, Oregon) – This page is not in reference to the school district as a whole, but rather to a specific school within it (Huntington School) Harimauhobbes (talk) 02:49, 16 June 2022 (UTC)
- Here's the issue. At one time, High schools were given near automatic assumption of notability. That ended four years ago. However, school districts do have a presumption of notability as geographical features. In short, yes this could be moved as you propose, however, it would then be deleted as a non notable subject. Better to add some content explaining the operation of this rather unique tiny school district. The Ontario, Oregon newspaper, the Argus Observer has written up the Huntington Schools several times.174.212.228.43 (talk) 16:37, 16 June 2022 (UTC)
- Comment if it were to keep being about the school district, the article needs to be rewritten from that point of view. The school infobox would be removed, converted into prose text for a school section. A school board infobox be used in its place. The article would be rewritten with the school sectioned off and geographic and demographic information placed before the school. A particular school's sports would not be a district wide topic, so would subtopic onto the school. -- 64.229.88.43 (talk) 02:43, 18 June 2022 (UTC)
