Perhaps a good link to adopt this orphan article would be through the article about Dr. Harold Chestnut which says " Dr. Harold Chestnut was awarded: For his achievements associated with the promotion of humanitarian use of technology as a world leader in systems engineering that encompasses electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and automatic control." A link to Humanitarian Use Licenses would probably be appropriate via the concept of humanitarian use of technology. (Mr. Science (talk) 20:29, 6 September 2008 (UTC))[reply]

USSR? Where was that stuff copied from? It's still going to be under copyright in the US, unfortunately and shouldn't be here unless the author is dual licensing it. 280.status.net/douglasawh (talk) 02:28, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The language needs much improvement in the article... particularly capitalization. In addition, the term intellectual property rights could be replaced with copyright, trademark or patent rights. Χρυσάνθη Λυκούση (talk) 04:45, 26 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
