Source of mouse antibodies
[edit]"Monoclonal antibodies can be generated for human use without mice by using in vitro techniques. MAbs manufactured using these methods do not suffer from the drawbacks related to the HAMA response." Uhm, whether mouse antibody comes from mice (ascites) or from tissue culture makes no difference to HAMA response -- mouse antibody is mouse antibody. This is a fairly ignorant claim and should be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.39.63.122 (talk) 13:26, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
