Article largely edited by possible COI editor

[edit]

It seems like the majority of this article was written by editor Huma mulji, who might have a conflict of interest (just based off of the name). The content of the article largely hasn't changed since then, and much of it might be based off of non-independent sources (such as her own biography). - Whisperjanes (talk) 02:50, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I added some citations to the life section. It seems the entire "Art career" section was added by Huma mulji, and was unsourced at the time it was added. The sources that are included now were added later and don't seem to verify the content. It seems like it will take a lot of time to clean up, but most or all should probably be rewritten, especially since a lot of it references what the artist herself says and not what independent sources say about her work. - Whisperjanes (talk) 20:46, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I removed unsourced material, found sources and rewrote the article to meet encyclopedic style and neutral point of view. I removed the tags. There is only the "merge" tag left. I think I merged all the important information from the draft (important exhibitions are mentioned in the main section, some of them in details, if there are enough sources), but I have left it for other editors who might find some more information useful there. User talk:CaptainEek This page needs rewriting, to remove a COI Tab. I have made some referenced suggestions in the sandbox.JuzYa1 (talk) 10:07, 23 June 2020 (UTC)JuzYa1 (talk) 11:13, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Marked this edit request as answered. Bibliof did a splendid rewrite of the article, and while it was not based off your draft, I think you'll find most of your suggestions were incorporated. Altamel (talk) 21:23, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
