Merger Proposal
[edit]I think this article should me merged with the Humberside one because it seems this city region is the 4 districts that were humberside so it seems like a continuation of it and so would fit well in the Legacy section of the Humberside article. Also the article is quite stubby so may be better off merged. Eopsid (talk) 12:35, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
Surely the city regions (hull and the other ones) are important enough to have their own page? Look at the pages for Sheffield city region and manchester city region. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.186.23.81 (talk) 09:55, 29 July 2012 (UTC)
- I wouldn't consider these regions important they were all made up in one book and most haven't really seen much use outside that with the Manchester City Region now being coterminous with the Greater Manchester county as opposed to the boundaries proposed in the Northern Way. They all have much larger articles. Plus the Hull and Humber Ports City Region has the same boundaries as the former county of Humberside. Eopsid (talk) 14:51, 29 July 2012 (UTC)
