I think "the famous" before Huanggang Hight School should be removed, for the following reasons: 1, Famous is a word hard to define, maybe it's famous in China,but how about its popularity across the world, can we still consider it as a famous high school? 2, This word is not a neutral word, it sounds like some kind of quote rather than giving proper information about that school. 3, As far as I know, this school's education system is inhuman and has already caused lots of problems, such as insufficient sleep time for teenage students.
