Birth? Marriage? Death?

Though not usable in Wikipedia, as it's original research WP:OR, according to FreeBMD, the death of an Howell Francis (aged 86) was registered during January→March 1966 in Wigan district, this means that this Howell Francis would have been born circa-1880, the nearest birth registration date of a Howell Francis was registered during October→December 1878 in Neath district, meaning they would have been aged-87 in 1966, not aged-88, but very close!!!

Also, there were two marriages of Howell Francis' in Wigan district; the first marriage (spouse's name Janet Halliwell[1]) was registered during July→September 1912 in Wigan district, the birth of a Derek G. Francis (mother's surname Halliwell) was registered during April→June 1913 in Wigan district, the death of a Janet Francis aged-33 was registered during October→December 1913 in Wigan district, and the second marriage (spouse's name Johanna S. Williams[2]) was registered during January→March 1915 in Wigan district.

In addition, the birth's of two people named Francis, mother's surname Williams, were registered in Wigan district post-1913 (i.e. after Janet Francis' (née Halliwell) death); Joan Francis (birth registered, see also, January→March 1916 in Wigan district), and Mary O. Francis (birth registered October→December 1922 in Wigan district).
