[edit]Because some of Morgan's supporters are arguing that he has been subjected to Double Jeopardy, I thought it was important to be clear in the intro that he was NOT acquitted on the original attempted murder charge. This was already clear in the body of the article. I also added the bit about his sentencing. The article clearly needs a section on his sentencing, but I am not in the mood to do it at the moment.
