"...providing well-researched citations from Supreme Court decisions, Congressional statements, and even writings by the Founding Fathers of the United States that are still much too relevant today." Doesn't the "much too" part of the article show a bias, and it would be perhaps better to say "...still relevant today." or perhaps "...still very relevant today." assuming that the relevancy is not in contention?
