They were Cumans!
[edit]Why is there no mention of their Cuman origins? Do their names, i.e., Jiajak ("flower"), Anachoutlou/Anakutlu ("mother with holyness/blessing"), Beka ("bull"), Jaqeli ("one from Jaqe") sound Georgian to you? No, they are Turkic Cuman names. Does their attire look Georgian to you?
