Someone vanadalized this page by adding that the helmet was "used by cowboys to have gay buttsecks". getting rid of that snippet now. --Baronofcheese (talk) 10:45, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
This page is redundant, mis-named and should be deleted
[edit]There is no helmet known in literature as a "hounskull". The term refers to the shape of the visor fitted to some examples of the type of helmet called a bascinet. The visor and all the variations over time to the bascinet are covered on the page of that name. As a result this page should be deleted as it is just incorrect.
