County Route 3/2 and Hotcoal

As of 2013, it is physically impossible to say that Hotcoal is on any road. It is literally, a series of concrete steps and foundations in the woods and nothing more. It is reachable by walking down some railroad tracks, walking 40+ yards into the woods, and climbing a stone wall.
