Code approval
[edit]It seems that this was the first Three Stooges short to receive a certificate of approval from the Production Code Administration, Certificate No. 472. Although "Three Little Pigskins" and maybe earlier shorts were released after July 1, 1934 when the Code went into effect, I don't see any Code notice preceding them. Perhaps this is worthy of note in the article, one way or another. Wastrel Way (talk) Eric
- Also, oddly, Nell's (Dorothea Kent's) hat, seen on the table when the Stooges meet her and after their celery fight, has swastikas of the Nazi kind on the hatband. Wastrel Way (talk) Eric
