[edit]My goodness, this article consists entirely of a bogus attack on Judge Feldman, and no discussion of the underlying case or law, or the administration's violation of the APA. THF (talk) 21:40, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Agreed. Wasn't sure if the bits on recusal and the judges holdings could be modified to maintain neutrality without causing a stir.--Arundodonax (talk) 23:39, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Definitely a bad article in its current form and I wrote much of it. The actual case isn't discussed much at all. The Feldman Controversy was being covered at the bio page, but I'd argue its best handled here where it could, eventually, be contextualized. The feldman controversy should just be one portion of a much larger article on the entirety of the case, right now it's still the only part of the article discussed. add away :) --Alecmconroy (talk) 01:20, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
This article is primarily mainly a hit piece on Judge Feldman by someone who doesn't like the fact that he ruled against the administration. It has little discussion of the case, and consists primarily of repeating partisan allegations of conflicts of interest. It's a travesty, and should be substantially improved or taken down. —Preceding unsigned comment added by King Alexander (talk • contribs) 07:55, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
I tried to sign my remarks here. I typed "74.193.164.151 (talk) 02:37, 9 July 2010 (UTC)" but evidently that did not do the trick. From now on in this section I will type out my name. s/King Alexander
