Holiday Camp
[edit]Hanging everything on the Daily Mail Article is a mistake as it seems to have a few factual errors - Goodnight Campers by Hardy and Ward says it was £950 potter used to open his first camp (though I can't see the previous page so it's possible the other £450 came from another source) and Hopton was his second camp after Hemsby [1] and England's Seaside Resorts by Brodie and Winter says his first was at Caister [2]. Though Brodie and Winter may be getting mixed up with J. Fletcher Dodd's camp in that village (at the article Holiday camp, I've gone with Hardy and Ward.) I suspect there will be better sources available in the local area that I can't find online. Stuart.Jamieson (talk) 13:05, 15 February 2013 (UTC)
