Change to article title
[edit]I feel that the title of this article is not the most appropriate, however at this stage I am not proposing a move and would welcome any views.
There are many instances of railways which served quarries, where the railway could be considered a seperate entity from the quarry. Examples include the Oxfordshire Ironstone Railway, the Edge Hill Light Railway and the Talyllyn Railway. In the case of the two-foot gauge railways at Hook Norton, the lines formed part of the quarrying operations and routes changed over the years as the quarries expanded. Therefore the history of the railway system is bound up with the history of the quarries and indeed this is reflected in the current text of the article. There was also never something called the "Brymbo Ironworks Railway". This title might reasonably be taken to apply to a railway at the Brymbo Steelworks near Wrexham, although the article introduction does make clear this is not so.
A better title for this article might be "Hook Norton Ironstone Quarries (Brymbo)" or "Brymbo Ironstone Quarries (Hook Norton)" Other suggestions welcomed. Bruern Crossing (talk) 21:38, 5 January 2011 (UTC)
