[edit]I just want to point out that the picture on this page is NOT Honoré Mercier, Prime Minister of Quebec, but rather a picture of his son, who also goes by the name Honoré Mercier, who was a minister in the Taschereau and Gouin liberal cabinets.

Assessment
[edit]I have assessed this as Start Class, as it contains more detail and organization than would be expected of a Stub, and of low importance, as I do not feel that many people outside of Canada would be familiar with the subject of the article. Cheers, CP 16:18, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
- 10+ years later: I think the quality rating is still 'start', but I have adjusted his importance to 'high', as a premier of Quebec. PKT(alk) 18:37, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
