Hong Kong Broadband Network
- Do not abuse the links. Note you linked “Hong Kong” twice in the intro paragraph. Once is enough for the whole article.
- Watch your grammar and spelling – “applies technology most innovatively to the business.”
- Good start on the Services Provided Section. Personally I think the number list makes it unattractive. May want to consider using subtitles instead for better organization.

Is HKBN or its parent company CTI listed on any stock exchange? — Instantnood 06:55, Apr 28, 2005 (UTC)
- Yes, CTI is. I will create a stub for CTI with that piece of information. — Silvestre Zabala 16:05, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Thank you. I thought HKBN is separately listed too, but I am not sure. — Instantnood 21:53, Apr 28, 2005 (UTC)
HKBN is not listed, but CTI is. Deryck C. 12:16, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
- yes. 1137 in Hong Kong, CTEL in the United States. Uucp (talk) 15:55, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

I am wondering if the title "Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited" is right or not, as the City Telecom (H.K.) Limited (“CTI”) is a limited companay, it provides service such as the network service. So it should be Hong Kong Broadband Network rather than Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited — Preceding unsigned comment added by 0101NGtn (talk • contribs) 2005-10-17T14:24:11 (UTC)
- No problem with the heading. ”Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited" is a subsidiary of CTI providing Network service, consult the HKBN homepage in case you're still not sure about it.--Tripleaf (talk) 14:53, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
- Under MoS of article namespace, Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited should use Hong Kong Broadband Network namespace, dropping the legal suffix. Nevertheless the parallel articles of Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited and Hong Kong Broadband Network were fixed in 2006. Matthew_hk tc 19:58, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
Merging
I agree with the merging. Don't have a reason to keep the articles separate. Deryck C. 09:42, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
Note: Hong Kong Broadband Network and Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited were tagged for merge by F on 2006-02-23T07:29:30. Matthew_hk tc 20:00, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
- seem the parallel article that under Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited was merged already to Hong Kong Broadband Network in 2006. However, City Telecom (Hong Kong) was still a separate article as of today. Time to start another discussion as City Telecom (Hong Kong) and Hong Kong Broadband Network were almost the same company (just idd service was under the brand City Telecom in the past), they are different just because they are under different legal person as parent and subsidiary; the business were also overlap. Hong Kong Television Network, the successor (by legal person sense) of City Telecom (Hong Kong), could remain as a separate article. Matthew_hk tc 19:52, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
POV?
Will it be POV to include a criticism section. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.77.110.110 (talk) 2006-09-22T08:22:54
- it's fine so long as it refers to authoritative third parties; it can't be a list of personal grievances.Uucp (talk) 20:09, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
- instead of accusation of violating NPOV by adding criticism section, the promotional content that was added by the PR team of CTI/HKBN, as well as by user that may be affiliated to HKBN in 2005, were removed in this edit Special:Diff/526457951 by 203.186.95.67 in 2012. As long as the criticism was supported by independent, reliable, secondary source, it was allowed. However, promotional content is not allowed in wikipedia (an encyclopedia, not a business directory or free webhost) Matthew_hk tc 20:09, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
