3D picture label
[edit]As far as I can determine, the 3D image is not actually an image of a homoeoid, but is a transected image of half a homoeoid that shows both the inner and outer shells. An image of a homoeoid would look like somewhat an oblate sphere. I propose labelling the image as "Half a homoeoid, in 3D", or "A transected view of a 3D homoeoid", or something similar.
