Exceedingly undue weight, NPOV issues with arrest of the mayor
[edit]Regarding this material, I think it needs to be severely trimmed. First of all, this article is 18K long. We're going to have 10% of that be about the arrest last week of the mayor? When she's not even indicted, let alone tried? That's my undue weight argument. Secondly, the tone of this material is sensationalistic. She hasn't been tried, so the allegations against her shouldn't be stated as fact. That's my NPOV argument. Finally, who cares what she could face if convicted? That's just adding up maximum possible sentences, it ignores sentencing guidelines, and it's predictive and not factual anyway. Thoughts?— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 03:31, 29 March 2014 (UTC)
Finally, whatever part of this material is kept should go in the History section, not the Government section, I think.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 03:32, 29 March 2014 (UTC)
