A few notes:

One paragraph, beginning with "That afternoon, Archbishop Anastasios and Metropolitan Ignat..." tripped the copyright alarm. I reworded the paragraph to fix this issue.

The article contains a list of general references, but no inline citations from WP:IS WP:RS. I would read Wikipedia:Inline citation

The style used for dates should be consistent (d-m-y and m-d-y format). This should be corrected. Also dates should rarely be wikilinked. Read Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers for more information.

Again, great new article, I hope you continue to improve it, especially in regard to sources and citations..
