Strange user edits requesting sources where they already exist

I noticed that recently (Dec 22, 2016) this user made edits adding POV/OR banners, to sections that to me seem already sourced. The username is IP v6 (?), and just made these two edits. I find this odd, does anyone have any explanation? Folletto (talk) 00:17, 30 December 2016 (UTC)

I cleared one of the OR banners (see diff): i reviewed all the existing sources, added a new one. The existing ones are directly from HolacracyOne confirming them, and the new one I added is the trademark filing (maybe there's a better, more official, URL for trademarks?). @DGG I noticed you added the POV banner, could you detail what should be changed to clear it? I already tried in the past, but it's likely now worth another pass. Also a question: is it normal to have all these "External links" at the end of the page? Look like spam to me, but might be just my perception. --Folletto (talk) 22:36, 21 June 2017 (UTC)

WP:ADvOCACY explains the problem. Examples follow:

Today I happened to check the page and I found that all the mention of "Holacracy" being a trademark disappeared. This is very worrying as it makes the entry misleading and gives free advertising to something that is trademarked. Recalling this discussion I tried to be as objective as possible, but if it still feels too "advocacy" please help me editing it to be clear while staying objective. Note that the original phrasing (including the one you quote, "selling products and services using the Holacracy name must get HolacracyOne's permission" was borrowed from Firefox's Wikipedia page which has the same "Trademark" section: "Distributing modified versions of Firefox under the "Firefox" name required explicit approval from Mozilla", which is why I thought it was appropriate.
