Disambiguation page

This should not be a disambiguation page. Community college also varies from country to country but we have a large page devoted to them. I would propose that we

redirect to polytechnic, university of applied science or vocational education. Include a section on Dutch and Belgium hogescholen there.
build from a stub to a fully fledged article detailing everything from the subjects to the different types
