My name is Donna Smith Cogsdell from Amory Ms. I am on a mission to get hold people waiting to go to a mental facility Banned from going to jail until a bed opens for them . This is traumatizing and in him man for a sick perso. Since the President signed off on the $65 million yesterday we desperately need crisis centers. Especially Monroe County. The state made 4.5 million on sales of medical marijuana last month. I know some of that money can help. Please Mr. Hob Bryan will you help Ms do that.
