Reopened case

[edit]

"On 1 September 2010 Hyperion Entertainment opened the case again claiming Amiga Inc. violated the settlement."

Do you really think that this sentence based on interpretation of one news site citing single (!) comment on some community site should be even mentioned here?Pavlor (talk) 07:34, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I admit I am not sure anymore. It came from the official spokesperson and shareholder on the official Amiga site but it is quite weak. I dont object removal at this point. Xorxos (talk) 22:15, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Good, I removed it. We must wait for more reliable informations about this topic, eg. proclamation on offical company website, lawsuit etc.Pavlor (talk) 11:10, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Carefull, there's somebody falsifying this "news" in here, and other articles about the Amiga. Apparently, to legitimize the fraud, usually using bogus news articles (only apparent after you read them), or links to sites he owns or posts he makes himself. Hyperion's article also had them. I'm surprised he hasn't been sued by either Commodore in Holland or Hyperion.21:04, 10 January 2011 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.132.91.116 (talk)
I dont know who is frauding who and what. We should not speculate on intents of announcements nor let personal preference distort Wikipedia. Xorxos (talk) 09:22, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Direct consequence of dispute result is transfer of "Amiga" name to CommodoreUSA,since its all Amiga Inc has got. Rastavox (talk) 22:02, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
