In the article, it says that iOS 4.3.5 didn't patch the 4.3.4 tethered jailbreak, but this jailbreak isn't based on a unique exploit on iOS 4.3.4 but the S5L9200, S5L9220 and S5L8930 exploit "Limera1n" and a tethered boot, this was an existing unpatchable exploit, and in fact, there is nothing Apple can do to patch it.
