Constantinople; reference problems
[edit]Constantinople has been added. However, the 1700 and the 1900 figures lack any reference. I have added figures for 1400. The previous editor's contribution for 1700 is supported by the Hollenberg and Lees reference I have given, but only for Constantinople, London, Paris, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Rome, Venice, Moscow, Milan.Dogru144 (talk) 19:04, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
