Okay, I'm not chomping at the bit to AFD or anything. Like I said, at a glance it looks thin, but that just means more sources are needed. That Detroit News article doesn't load for me, but other sources are around. Regardless, right now the article is too promotionally written and has an WP:EL problem. Cool, good catch. This is messy stuff. It's clear there's an article here, as you say, based on the charter being revoked. The school doesn't appear to have a campus, and the mailing address on the website is for an executive suite. I understand that this is not the same as Niji-Iro, but there is a lot of overlap.
