In the fifth volume of Omamori Himari there is a bonus manga called Commence Operation. In the intro it says that Milan Matra was asked to draw a comic version of the video game series (Created by Kogado Studio) which acted as a "parent story" to Omamori Himari. Other than the character design elements (also possibly the mannerisms) there is no similarities with the story though. What this discussion boils down to is the artwork/character design link between Kaguya Tsukiyama and Himari Noihara, the two look exactly alike but I can not prove this theory without any source. Showing where Himari's character design originated from would be a benefit for the article. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 00:37, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, I'll be reviewing this article in the next days. I think it's in good shape to become a Good Article. Good work. If I have some issues I will mention them here so put this page on you watchlist. Cheers.Tintor2 (talk) 00:36, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Okay thanks Tintor! - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 00:42, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Never read this series but I was able to understand everything. However, I still have some issues.
  • Try revising the lead. Her universe information should be connected rather than separated by the end of the paragraph. It will be easier to understand what do you mean.
  • The sentences "Matra describes Himari's appearance on the cover of the first volume as the "first he had ever done". In order to attract readers, Matra stated that he drew Himari in a way that was unusual for her character. He described her smile as "gentle" which is something that would never be seen in the story itself" could be moved to her creation section considering this is unrelated with her role in the story. Also, could you be more specific about how she was drawn? That left me confused.
  • Lastly, add an "alt" to the two images of the article.

Good work.Tintor2 (talk) 01:04, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I will get to work tomorrow on it. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 02:54, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Tintor2: I improved the lead and tried to be more specific about how she was drawn. I have to refer to the work to confirm but Himari's character is usually serious and composed. As for the images, what do you mean by "alt"? - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 14:42, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Easy. Just go to the image and add them "file:|thumb|alt=This image features a black longhaired woman smiling".Tintor2 (talk) 15:25, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I cant do that with the infobox image per Template:Infobox animanga character, but I can for the other image. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 15:41, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Good. Just one more thing. Could expand a more the lead to explain a bit of Himari's reception?Tintor2 (talk) 15:48, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I will get to it this afternoon I am swamped with a wave of work that just came in. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 16:00, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
