Why not delete this article ...

... and redirect it to Riemann Hypothesis? That seems a far more natural way to explain what the problem is. Maybe add some text to the Riemann Hypothesis article - as of time of writing, in the "Origin" section - about how it is Hilbert's eighth problem.
