I have rewritten the lede and the infobox, updating the latter as of February 2019

I also edited some parts of the article proper, reorganized the sections and most importantly removed about 8000 bytes of completely unreferenced POV stuff. Feel free to work on the main portion of the article. I imagine it'll have to be completely rewritten as much of it is completely unreferenced stuff written in poor English. New version (translated from Russian)

I have recently graduated from the HSE and decided to contribute to the common goal by translating (and shortening) the Russian version of the article. The previous version was pretty bad and I decided to fully modify it (since I now study in Europe and many people at my new university keep asking about my alma mater, I felt like the new version will help eliminate the confusion).
