Rewrite

[edit]

Well, deletion is easy but rewriting is darn hard!

Currently the article lacks enough information, like

  1. how does a higashi look like?
  2. how much is it on average?
  3. how is it related to sadou (tea ceremony)?

And, I faild to include these following sentences in the article before, but they are slightly incorrect and might need some changes.

"These ingredients are mixed and after several processes, pressed into a patterned wooden mold. They are made into seasonal designs such as birds, flowers, and food. "

And my skill to write in English and in a wiki like this is not that good, which probably is very noticeable, so correction made by others is a must.
