Melting and boiling points
[edit]Hi. I note that the melting and boiling points have been specified as ranges. This produces wrong values for the Kelvin and Fahrenheit temperatures in the Chembox since the logic interprets the dash as a subtraction sign and hence thinks that the melting point is +3 Celsius and the boiling point as -10 Celsius!
In cases such as this where exact values are a little uncertain, I suppose we could substitute single midpoint values, but I am reluctant to do this because of the implication of spurious accuracy. If no-one has any thoughts I will go ahead and change it but wanted to get some other opinions first. Kiwi137 (talk) 12:42, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
