OSC Vellmar

I am afraid OSC Vellmar is not in this league in the 2007/08 season, but in the Landesliga Hessen Nord. Graaf1 (talk) 09:33, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

That's right, if you look, they are listed under Landesliga Hessen-Nord, they finished 17th in the Oberliga last year and were relegated, see Oberliga Hessen 2006-07EA210269 (talk) 21:42, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Renaming of Oberliga Hessen to Hessenliga

I think, this step should have discussed before being taken. Most websites still list the league as Oberliga. I personally oppose the move as such a step makes the German league system very confusing. If we suddenly have articles titled Bayernliga, Niedersachsenliga, Sachsenliga and so on, it will be very hard for an outsider to know where this league ranks in the league system. Oberliga, Verbandsliga and Landesliga in the title makes things a lot more understandable. I think, this move should be reverted. EA210269 (talk) 10:00, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
