Name format question

In Wikipedia, the style of "Genus species de Toulgoët, ####" is much more common than "Genus species Toulgoët, ####", but I've noted that outside of Wikipedia, including in a web publication authored by Toulgoët (example), they use the later format. In this obituary in French, his publications are listed as being by "Toulgoët H. de". Any objection if I change Wikipedia's style to match those outside sources? Thank you.
