Fair use rationale for Image:Hersheybar.jpg

Image:Hersheybar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. WPFood assessment

This article concerns one of the most famous candy bars in the world. It's undoubtedly important in the US, but the US isn't the world. An attempt to introduce Hersheys into the UK confectionary market failed spectacularly a few years ago. Cookies 'N Mint?

I'm considering adding the Cookies 'N Mint variety of Hershey Bar, but I haven't seen any around lately. Does anyone know if it's discontinued?

I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a special run as it was available in Utah for about six years...

Hershey's with Almonds: bar shape

Traditionally the Hershey's with Almonds bar had a rounded shape, clearly visible in the image on this vintage box. Now it is being sold as a flatter bar resembling the non-almonds variety, as shown on the official Hershey's page for the product. Bar shape appropriated in aviation circles to describe a simple constant chord rectangular wing known as a "Hershey Bar wing", e.g. Piper_PA-28_Cherokee#Design which references back to this article. Butyric acid and 'tangy' flavour

Make no mistake, Hershey knows how to make good chocolate (e.g., Symphony and they produce Cadbury in the U.S.); the problem is with their brand recipe. I've always thought it tasted cheesy or "off" and the fact that they use sour milk explains why. I read an account (from an irate Briton who said it was the only time he'd ever thrown chocolate away) claiming that the "recipe" originated from a large batch of milk that went sour and Hershey didn't want to waste it. I agree, the "Hershey's tastes like vomit" opinion among non-Americans has reached almost meme standards on the internet (seriously, google "hershey's tastes like sick") They severely changed the recipe when it was released in the UK, and resembles the flavour of Yorkie Bars here. --86.177.6.167 (talk) 05:04, 21 February 2016 (UTC)

See I'm confused, because while I've noticed Hershey's tastes awful (no other American chocolate seems to have this problem), if anything, it could use a little tanginess. It tastes dull, bitter, akin to dark chocolate even when it's ostensibly milk chocolate. I'm quite sensitive to butyric acid (I can tell when butter's been left out, it'll have a disgusting, cheesy taste to me that nobody else can detect) but I certainly wouldn't call it tangy by any stretch. Wing Form Trivia

Square wings commonly seen on small planes such as Cessna types got the moniker "Hershay Bars" sometime in the past. Maybe we can get a trivia section in here, unless there is already one in another Hershey's-related page.
